The Breakfast Room
Full of light streaming through the arched windows, the Breakfast room is cool in the summer, warm and cozy in winter, made so that you feel at home.
Key features of the breakfast selection include:
• Complimentary espresso and premium selection of teas.
• In-season produce and freshly made juices, prepared with our favorite slow juicer by Omega.
• Locally sourced sliced meats including cold cuts from the Elena region, famous for its naturally dried cold meats that are often compared to the Italian parma ham and Spanish jamon.
• Three types of cheese from the Elena region: from goat, cow and sheep milk.
All rooms include breakfast for two people.

The Lounge
Comfortable lounge area for coffee and newspapers in the morning, or a book in hand in the afternoon. Also great in the evening for a drink or a bit of a read up on Veliko Tarnovo and its rich history through the ages. In wintertime, board games may be enjoyed, if you are traveling with a group of friends or family.

The Terrace
Unwind and enjoy the magnificient view! With its inviting atmosphere, the terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning, coffee or tea in the afternoon, or a glass of champagne in the evening.
The Terrace is only open to guests of the Residence and guests of our guests.
Wine-o’clock at BRIDGES RESIDENCE
While we do not offer dinner at the Residence, we are happy to offer you an aperitivo service before or after dinner with a selection of wines and mezzes. Our mezzes are carefully sourced and selected from local producers. Wine-o’clock is best enjoyed on the Terrace weather permitting. In the winter, the Lounge is your destination for this special service.
